Our 37th Annual Spring Fling on Sunday, May 2nd, 2021 is an outdoor event with 10' X 10' vendor spaces available. This show is non-juried and registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis until all booth spaces are reserved. Each year we host this outdoor festival featuring 140 vendors in the City of Mason. Featuring chamber members, local businesses, and a wide variety of local artisans eager to display or sell their goods and services. We encourage you to mask up and spend the day with us downtown Mason!
This year our "Socially-Distanced Spring Fling Experience" will provide a new format with certain protocol in place, due to the global pandemic. We are determined to provide a safe shopping experience for our vendors, staff, volunteers, and community. In order to accomplish this we have the following guidelines in place:
- STAY HOME IF YOU ARE ILL.
- Wear a mask - our vendors, staff, volunteers, and local businesses will be masked up. Do it for everyone!
- Visit our sanitation stations regularly.
- Physically Distance (6 ft. apart)
- Limit your shopping group if possible.
- BE CONSIDERATE! - We are doing this for YOU, our vendors, and local community. We are looking forward to a SAFE and successful event.
Vendor Information:
- Returning vendors will not be guaranteed previous booth locations.
- To register click the "register" tab HERE on our event page and login as a member OR non-member (guest). Please provide business name and proper contact information. For checkout, you will be prompted to be invoiced for a later payment.
- Vendors will need to be registered by Wednesday, March 31st. Any NEW registrations starting Tuesday, February 16th will just reserve a spot.
- Payment will NOT be collected until Thursday, April 1st and will need to be paid by Friday, April 23rd to participate.
No electricity, tables or canopies are provided, only the 10X10 area for the day. Vendors located around the courthouse are required to setup 18 inches from the sidewalks to avoid sprinkler lines. Free parking is available in the designated municipal lots. Vendors may NOT park all day in the two-hour street spaces!
If you sell manufactured products (Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, It Works, etc.) you are required to contact the MACC for approval.
Any vendor with a canopy larger than 10x10 needs to obtain a building permit from the City of Mason. TWO CANOPIES placed next to each other will require approval by the MACC. Please direct all questions regarding this regulation to the City of Mason, 517-676-9155.
This event is RAIN or SHINE.
