Description
Chronic Pain PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) is a 6-week workshop designed for individuals with chronic pain. Participants are taught effective tools to better self-manage their condition and improve their quality of life. Topics include fatigue management, dealing with difficult emotions, distraction techniques, the mind-body connection, pacing & planning, healthy eating and more. The workshop also includes the Moving Easy Program which is gentle exercise program for anyone with chronic pain. Caregivers and significant others are also welcome to register. Pre-registration is required.
