Description
Our 48th Annual Down Home Days Courthouse Show on Saturday, September 17th, 2022. This is an outdoor show with 130 lawn spaces each 10' X 10'. This show is non-juried and applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis until all booth spaces are reserved.
Vendor Information: Vendors have to sign up by Friday, September 2nd, 2022, to keep their previous years space. No electricity, tables or canopies are provided, only the 10X10 area for the day. Vendors are required to setup 18 inches from the sidewalks to avoid sprinkler lines. Free parking is available in the designated municipal lots. Vendors may NOT park all day in the two-hour street spaces!
If you sell manufactured products (Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, It Works, etc.) you are required to contact the MACC for approval.
Any vendor with a canopy larger than 10x10 needs to obtain a building permit from the City of Mason. Please give the city a minimum of 1 week prior to the event to get you a permit. Two 10x10 canopies placed next to each other do not require a building permit. Please direct all questions to the City of Mason, 517-676-9155.
This event is RAIN or SHINE.
Food Vendor Information
A separate food vendor application is required. For future shows please contact the MACC at 517-676-1046. Space is very limited and food vendor applications close one month prior to the event. Food vendors will be provided with electricity only. Power is available at 15amp 110v and 30amp 220v. Please contact the chamber with specific electricity needs.
