Farmers and gardeners have been saving and sharing seeds for thousands of years. Reasons to grow, save and share seeds include preserving biodiversity, exploring local and heirloom species, and enjoying the bounty of the harvest. From April–May, visit participating branches and browse our seed libraries -- including free "Grand Rapids" lettuce seeds from any branch while supplies last. Find out more at www.cadl.org/seeds
