DESCRIPTION:CLOSED TO NEW VENDORS! THE SHOW IS FULL! Our 36th Annual Spring Fling Courthouse Show on Saturday\, May 4\, 2019 is an outdoor show with 130 lawn and 20 street spaces each 10' X 10'. This show is non-juried and applications were accepted on a first come\, first served basis until all booth spaces were reserved. \n\n\n\nWe would like to thank Dart Container Corporation for being the festival presenting sponsor\, Granger Waste Services for being our environmental sponsor and Maple Street Mall for being our courthouse show sponsor! We would also like to thank the City of Mason and Ingham County for their continued partnership with this event.\n\n\n\n\n\nVendor Information: THE SHOW IS FULL!\n\nVendors had to sign up by Thursday\, March 14th to keep their previous year's space. No electricity\, tables or canopies are provided\, only the 10X10 area for the day. Vendors are required to setup 18 inches from the sidewalks to avoid sprinkler lines. Free parking is available in the designated municipal lots. Vendors may NOT park all day in the two-hour street spaces!\n\n\n\nIf you sold manufactured products (Mary Kay\, Pampered Chef\, It Works\, etc.) you wree required to contact the MACC for approval. Here is a partial list of vendors who sell manufactured items that are already in the show:\n\n Paparazzi \n Color Street\n Lularoe \n Scentsy\n Perfectly Posh\n Mary Kay\n Young Living Essential Oils\n FITTEAM Inc.\n Lilla Rose\n Pampered Chef\n Rarity Nails\n Tupperware\n Piphany\n Damsel in Defense\n Thirty-One Gifts\n Chala\n\n\n\nRegistrations for the Spring Fling Courthouse Show were closed because the show sold out before Thursday\, May 2nd at 3 PM. Requests for Spring Fling Courthouse Show refunds were honored\, less a $10 handling fee until April 1\, 2019. \n\n\n\nAny vendor with a canopy larger than 10x10 needs to obtain a building permit from the City of Mason. Two 10x10 canopies placed next to each other do not require a building permit. Please direct all questions to the City of Mason\, 517-676-9155. \n\n\n\nThis event is RAIN or SHINE. \n\n\n\nTHe Spring Fling Courthouse show is full\, but you are interested in registering for our next show -- the 2019 Down Home Days Courthouse Show on Saturday\, September 21\, 2019 -- please follow this link: http://business.masonchamber.org/events/details/macc-down-home-days-and-courthouse-show-2019-3568 (This link will NOT register you for the Spring Fling Courthouse Show\, as the show is closed and FULL!)\n\n\n\nFood Vendor Information (also full and closed)\n\nA separate food vendor application was required. For fuure showsplease contact the MACC at 517-676-1046. Space is very limited and food vendor applications close one month prior to the event. Food vendors will be provided with electricity only. Power is available at 15amp 110v and 30amp 220v. Please contact the chamber with specific electricity needs. Water hook up will not be provided -- please bring your own water supply.
