DESCRIPTION:The Mason Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 21st Annual Mason Holidays Celebration! We would like to invite you to join us for the tree lighting ceremony where the Citizen of the Year will give the command to light the tree. The holiday parade with its lights all aglow will arrive downtown shortly after the tree lighting.\n\n\n\nThe Mason Area Chamber of Commerce would like to thank TO BE DETERMINED for being our presenting sponsor. We would also like to thank the City of Mason and Ingham County for their continued partnership with this event. \n\n\n\nParade Participant Information\n\nParade staging will take place at Bond Park at Columbia and Rogers. The parade line-up begins at 5:45 p.m. and the parade will step off at 6:15 p.m.  \n\n\n\nTo register to be in the parade please click on "Register   " and fill in all of the required fields. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation letter sent via regular mail and email. If you are a MACC member who would like to sign up to be a sponsor\, please select your sponsorship package and fill in the required fields. \n\n\n\nGet your generator or inverter humming and use as many lights as you can on your parade unit so it will light up the night. (No live Santas or candy distribution\, please!) This is not an open parade\, registration is required and is limited to the first 40 units registered. There is no fee to be in the parade.\n\n\n\nBy Police Order: No candy throwing or other items from parade units is permitted. Walkers only may walk to sidelines and hand out candy or other items to spectators. No getting on or off units during the parade. The city and chamber are not liable for any police citations or injuries resulting from violation of this directive.
