DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!\n\n\n\nOur 51st Annual Down Home Days Courthouse Show on Saturday\, September 21st\, 2024. This is an outdoor show with 130 lawn spaces each 10' X 10'. This show is non-juried event\, and applications are accepted on a first come\, first served basis until all booth spaces are reserved. The Mason Area Chamber does it's best to accommodate requests regarding vendor spaces but CAN NOT guarantee placement.  If you have special requirements for your booth space such as: sun\, shade\, flat\, etc\, please contact the chamber office or make note in the comments section of the online registration form. \n\n\n\nVendor Information: The booth fee is $125\, and vendors have to sign up by Thursday\, August 31st. No electricity\, tables or canopies are provided\, only the 10X10 area for the day. Vendors are required to setup 18 inches from the sidewalks to avoid sprinkler lines. Vendors that exceed the 10X10 allotted space will be charged an additional fee. \n\nFood Vendor Information \n\nFood Truck spaces are limited and registration is available until Thursday\, August 31st. Food vendors will be provided with electricity only. Power is available at 15amp 110v and 30amp 220v. We DO NOT have 50amp service available. Please contact the chamber office with specific electricity needs. Please bring your own water supply\, water hook-up is not provided.\n\n\n\nCancelations before August 16\, 2024 are subject to a $25 nonrefundable cancellation fee. Any cancellation after August 17\, 2024 will be nonrefundable for any reason.\n\n\n\nFree parking is available in the designated municipal lots. Vendors may NOT park all day in the two-hour street spaces!\n\n\n\nIf you sell manufactured products (Mary Kay\, Pampered Chef\, It Works\, etc.) you are required to contact the MACC for approval. \n\n\n\nAny vendor with a canopy larger than 10x10 needs to obtain a building permit from the City of Mason. Please give the city a minimum of 1 week prior to the event to get you a permit. Two 10x10 canopies placed next to each other do not require a building permit. Please direct all questions to the City of Mason\, 517-676-9155. \n\n\n\nThis event is RAIN or SHINE! The Mason Area Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for lost or stolen property\, revenue of sales and customer flow.  The Mason Area Chamber of Commerce works diligently to advertise and promote all our events to the broadest population possible. We encourage you to promote yourself and our event to ensure a successful event for all. \n\n\n\nBy registering participant hereby agrees to the following show rules and releases the Mason Area Chamber of Commerce\, the City of Mason\, Ingham County\, board of directors\, staff\, and volunteers of any liability for damage\, injury\, or the loss to any person or goods from any cause whatsoever.
