Service Delivery Specialist – Full Time

Taylor Life Center is a not-for-profit mental health organization serving over 4,800 individuals each year across Michigan. We support people of all ages—starting at age three—through outpatient therapy, psychiatric services, case management, and more. And we’re growing under new leadership, with a renewed focus on team support and operational excellence.

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join our administrative team at the Mason Corporate office. This role is the backbone of our day-to-day operations—perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, documentation, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do:

• Process discharges and case transfers, including completing and tracking documentation with assigned clinicians

• Coordinate with billing, supervisors, and clinicians to resolve insurance verification issues

• Review service reports to catch and correct discrepancies

• Track and follow up on unsigned or missing billable documents

• Manage caseload schedules for assigned case managers

• Monitor clinician unit utilization and authorization levels

• Audit charts using record review tools and support quality improvement processes

• Participate in team meetings and assist with other admin tasks as needed

• Monitor and validate compliance data and assist in re-engaging consumers in services when necessary

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 18 years of age or older

• Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfort working with technology and documentation systems

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

• A team-first mindset—you’re ready to jump in where needed
